Our team of dedicated personal shoppers are on hand 24/7 to support you for anything you might need. No request is too big or unachievable, simply reach out to us via Instagram DM, or Whatsapp with your request and our team will be on hand to support.

Our shoppers have years of experience working with HNW clients and individuals who prefer that personal touch when it comes to shopping. Using their passion and insight in trend forecasting our shoppers can source the hardest to find hot product, style your entire wardrobe or unearth the next trendiest item even before you lay your eyes on it.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?
Our dedicated shoppers are on hand to assist with your every need. There is no minimum spend to your order, and we specialise in sourcing the hardest to find pieces. Looking for something in particular? Our teams will be able to find it!

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping costs may vary depending on your shipping destination as well as on your chosen items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Products may be delivered directly to you by our brand partners whose products we are selling and this can affect delivery times. Made to order and customised products can take longer to make which will affect delivery times. We will aim to provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of your order. Or, if no date is specified, then no later than 14-20 days following the date of our email confirming your order. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will try to contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section, however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. For international deliveries, please allow extra time as customs in local countries can take a while to clear.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch each item within the lead time communicated on the item’s product page. Please note, dispatch times might vary between a few days and a few weeks, depending on whether an item is available to ship or will be made to order for you. We recommend that you check this information carefully ahead of placing your order.
Once an item has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date via email.
HOW DOES MADE TO ORDER WORK?
Made-to-Order items are items that will be produced exclusively for you upon order. These are marked by a ‘Made-to-Order’ tag on the website. Please note, Made-to-Order items may have longer lead times. We recommend that you check this information carefully on each item’s product page ahead of placing your order. As soon as your item is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date.
Please note, Made-to-Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
