Shipping policy

At Meraki Concierge, we strive to ensure that any items we source, purchase, or deliver on your behalf arrive safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Delivery Scope

Meraki offers shipping and delivery services as part of our concierge solutions. We may source products or arrange deliveries locally, nationally, or internationally, depending on the request and service agreement.

2. Shipping Partners

Deliveries may be fulfilled by Meraki staff or trusted third-party couriers and logistics providers. We carefully select partners to maintain quality and reliability, but final delivery times and conditions are subject to each carrier’s terms.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees may vary based on the destination, size, weight, urgency, and value of the item(s). Any applicable shipping costs will be communicated to you in advance and added to your invoice.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking. While we strive to meet your preferred schedule, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier delays, etc.). Meraki is not liable for such delays.

5. Order Tracking

If available, tracking information will be provided for deliveries handled by third-party carriers. For local hand-deliveries, our concierge team will keep you updated on the status of your request.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier where possible, but we do not guarantee reimbursement beyond what is covered by the carrier’s policy.

7. Restrictions

Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, hazardous materials, restricted products) may not be eligible for shipping or may have specific handling requirements. We reserve the right to decline requests that violate local laws or carrier restrictions.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Meraki is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
